Strudel Dough

Ingredients
250 g flour, plain
30 ml oil
150 ml water (lukewarm)
5 ml oil

Method
1. Work the ingredients for ~10 minutes until a smooth dough is formed (similar to pizza dough).
2. Brush with the oil and put a hot pot over the top to relax the gluten.
3. Let it rest for ~60 minutes, then dust with flour and roll it out thinly.
4. Trasnfer onto a floured cloth and stretch over the back of your hand, do not tear (you should be able to read through it, if you hold written material underneath).
5. Place the required filling inside and roll up like a Swiss roll.
