Sesame Boneless Chicken

Ingredients
4 chicken thigh
2 tsp cornflour
6 pieces cream crackers biscuit
1 tbsp sesame seeds

Marinades
2 tsp oyster sauce
2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 egg white
salt, sugar, pepper and sesame oil

Method
1. Remove bone and skin of the chicken. Cut into bite sizes.
2. Marinate for 2 hours.
3. Mix marinated chicken pieces with pounded biscuits, sesame seeds and cornflour.
4. Deep fry till golden brown.
