Ingredients
1 bunch Bolognaise sauce
1/2 pack pasta sheets
500 ml Bechamel sauce
50 g parmesan, grated
150 g cheese, grated
Method
1. Layer a baking dish alternately with bolognaise sauce and pasta sheets.
2. Finish with the bechamel, sprinkle with the grated cheeses and bake in the oven.
3. Alternatively, you can add some bechamel in the layering to achieve a firmer lasagne consistency.
