Homemade Luncheon Meat

Ingredients
500 g minced pork
100 g ham
100 g bacon
100 g onion
1/2 cup milk
1 egg (beaten)
2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 slices bread

Seasoning
2 tbsp barbecue sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper (coarse ground)

Method
1. Tear the 2 slices of bread into pieces and soak in milk.
2. Use food processor to blend well the minced pork, ham, bacon, onion and the soaked bread and milk. Remove and place in mixing bowl.
3. Use chopstick to mix thoroughly the meat mixture (2) with the beaten egg, chopped parsley and seasoning.
4. Line 2 baking loaf pan 4" x 7" with foil and brush lightly with oil. Pat the meat mixture into loaf and place into loaf pan. Brush 1-2 tbsp additional barbecue sauce on top.
5. Bake in preheated oven 180°C for about 30 minutes or until browned.
