Beer Batter

Ingredients
150 g flour
175 ml beer
1 egg
50 ml water
seasoning

Method
1. Sift the flour and make a bay.
2. Add the beer gradually and whisk to prevent the forming of kumps.
3. Add the egg and seasoning. Add the water, rest for approximately 30 minutes.
4. Season the food, draw through flour, and remove excess flour. Draw through the batter and carefully lower into the deep-fryer.
5. Fry golden on both sides, turning regularly.
